Desired Skills & Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Kansas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
• Recent experience working within school settings preferred
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Comfort working with both PreK and middle school age groups

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students across PreK and middle school levels
• Manage and prioritize a caseload of approximately 33 students
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to implement and track individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress notes, and IEP updates
• Participate in team meetings as needed and ensure continuity of care
