Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP license, or eligibility for licensure
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates are welcome
  • Previous experience in school settings is an advantage
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain required documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Provide therapy sessions in individual or group settings as appropriate
  • Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
  • Participate in IEP meetings and other school-based activities supporting student learning
