Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP license, or eligibility for licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates are welcome
- Previous experience in school settings is an advantage
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain required documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Provide therapy sessions in individual or group settings as appropriate
- Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings and other school-based activities supporting student learning
