Middle School High School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Loveland, CO

Step into a dynamic educational setting as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist, working with middle and high school students. This contract opportunity runs from ASAP through May 22, 2026, offering a stable and fulfilling role supporting learners at a key time in their development. You'll contribute 37.5 hours each week, making a meaningful difference in students’ communication and academic success.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active SLP license and credentials required for school-based practice
• Experience working with middle and/or high school students is highly desirable
• Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and related documentation
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
• Strong organizational abilities and adaptability within a school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students, addressing speech, language, and communication needs
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering expert input and maintaining required records
• Consult with educators and families to implement effective strategies and supports
• Integrate therapy goals with classroom activities to facilitate student progress
• Monitor and document student outcomes, adjusting interventions as needed
