Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Colorado
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Experience with middle and high school age groups preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite and manage a caseload independently
- Familiarity with educational IEP processes and documentation
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services for students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain timely and accurate records, reports, and documentation in accordance with school policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Offer guidance and resources to fellow educators and parents
