Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Colorado
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Experience with middle and high school age groups preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work onsite and manage a caseload independently
• Familiarity with educational IEP processes and documentation

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services for students with speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Maintain timely and accurate records, reports, and documentation in accordance with school policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Offer guidance and resources to fellow educators and parents
