Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state SLP license and relevant certifications
  • Experience working with K-12 students, including elementary, middle, and high school populations
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities
  • Ability to tailor intervention plans based on student needs
  • Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring
  • Comfort collaborating with teachers, counselors, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop individualized treatment and intervention plans for a diverse student caseload
  • Deliver direct and indirect services to students with speech and language challenges
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing input and recommendations
  • Maintain accurate and timely records for student progress and compliance
  • Serve as a resource for staff and families on communication disorders and strategies for classroom success
  • Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
