Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
  • Ohio licensure or eligibility to obtain
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting
  • Comfortable providing services in person and/or via teletherapy platforms
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy tailored to student needs
  • Implement evidence-based practices for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and complete required documentation
  • Offer guidance and support to students, families, and educational staff
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress reviews
