Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
- Ohio licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting
- Comfortable providing services in person and/or via teletherapy platforms
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy tailored to student needs
- Implement evidence-based practices for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and complete required documentation
- Offer guidance and support to students, families, and educational staff
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress reviews
