This full-time opportunity—37.5 hours weekly—offers a supportive environment focused on both your success and student progress, with orientation starting August 3 and the first day with students on August 11, 2026. Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current or eligible Illinois SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY status
- Strong interpersonal abilities and collaborative spirit
- Passion for working in a school-based setting with a diverse student body
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and monitor student progress
- Work closely with educators, families, and support personnel to maximize student outcomes
- Participate in monthly meetings, roundtables, and collaborative discussions with peers
- Engage in annual performance reviews and continual process improvement initiatives
- Attend orientation and ongoing professional development sessions
