Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)

• Experience or strong interest in working with early childhood/pre-kindergarten populations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with families and staff

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted speech-language therapy services to a caseload of 10-15 pre-K students
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
• Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and maintain thorough documentation for each student
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and parents to maximize student outcomes
• Provide consultation and support to educational teams regarding language development strategies
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing professional development
