Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as required
  • Previous experience working in school settings is desirable
  • Strong assessment, therapy, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for a varied caseload
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student-specific goals
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
  • Maintain detailed documentation of student evaluations and therapy sessions
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress reporting
