Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP licensure for California (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous experience in a pediatric or school-based setting is highly valued
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to facilitate student success
- Maintain thorough documentation and track student progress in compliance with IEP goals and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing your expertise to help shape student pathways
- Deliver direct, indirect, and consultative therapy services across various grade levels
