Make an impact supporting K-8th grade students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist working just 1-2 days per week, with flexible scheduling. In this rewarding role, you’ll work with a manageable caseload of approximately 15 students, most focused on speech-only needs, making it an excellent opportunity for SLPs who value meaningful, focused intervention without overwhelming paperwork or Medicaid billing requirements.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or eligibility to complete CFY
  • Experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP settings
  • Comfortable providing services via in-person or teletherapy models
  • Expertise addressing articulation and fluency; experience with students on the autism spectrum is a plus
  • Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct therapy for a caseload of roughly 12 speech-only students, with clear documentation and progress monitoring
  • Complete 1-2 student evaluations as needed
  • Create individualized therapy plans for students, targeting speech, articulation, and fluency, with minimal behavioral issues to manage
  • Collaborate and consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
  • Provide accessible therapy across K-8th grade levels
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute recommendations for goals and strategies
