Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Luling, TX

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Valid state SLP license
• Experience or strong interest in working with early elementary-age students (PreK-2nd)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
• Comfortable developing and executing IEPs, conducting assessments, and maintaining documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language services to a caseload of PreK-2nd grade students
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Monitor student progress and adapt therapy as needed to support achievement
