Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Active state licensure as required for practice
- Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to develop tailored intervention plans and work effectively with diverse students
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in PreK through 2nd grade
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, families, and administrators
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Monitor student progress and document outcomes regularly
- Participate in student support and eligibility meetings
- Offer guidance, training, or strategies for school staff and families as needed
