Key Qualifications:

  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
  • Previous experience in a school-based SLP role strongly preferred
  • Expertise in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to build rapport with students, educators, and families
  • Driven to provide personalized interventions and evidence-based solutions

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with diverse speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions individually or in small groups
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and administrative teams to tailor support
  • Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and federal guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with families regarding intervention strategies and progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights
