In this full-time role, you’ll work an 11-month schedule, beginning August 10th, 2026, and concluding June 17th, 2027. The position centers on a single early intervention caseload, allowing for focused, individualized attention and the chance to form meaningful relationships with the children you serve.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license in the state of Maryland
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Prior school-based or early intervention experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders in an early intervention setting
- Provide direct therapy services tailored to each student's needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and create engaging, supportive therapy environments
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, progress notes, and communication logs in compliance with state and district regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide valuable input for the development of educational plans
