Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid State Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility to obtain by start date)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates considered
- School-based and K–12 caseload experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds and with varied needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to students in K–12th grades
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student learning and communication goals
- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to state and district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and team consultations
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
