You will serve a vital role working on an early childhood caseload, collaborating with educators and families to deliver high-quality speech services at the district office. Your background should include:

  • Active Maryland SLP license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience in educational settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of early intervention for infants and toddlers
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Strong collaboration skills, with a family-centered approach

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs)
  • Deliver direct therapy, consultation, and family training
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings at the district office
  • Maintain clear records and progress reports
  • Coordinate with caregivers and educators to ensure continuity of care
