Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure for Maryland
• Prior experience in a school setting preferred

• Flexibility and compassion for working with diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language pathology services to elementary students
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Work closely with teachers and other professionals to support student goals
• Monitor progress and document results in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as required
• Adapt therapy resources and techniques to meet the varied needs of your caseload
