This full-time, contract role centers on providing Speech-Language Pathology services to a high school population for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year. With a small, manageable caseload, you’ll have the chance to deliver individualized attention and truly support each student’s communication growth and academic success.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
  • Previous school-based SLP experience is highly desirable
  • Solid knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders in adolescents
  • Comfort working independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to high school students’ needs
  • Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to foster student progress
  • Monitor, document, and communicate students’ growth and ongoing needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and advocacy for student communication goals
  • Utilize evidence-based strategies and maintain accurate records for compliance
