Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) status
  • Valid state licensure as an SLP or eligibility for licensure in Wisconsin
  • Solid background in pediatric speech-language therapy within school or healthcare settings
  • Experience serving diverse caseloads in elementary through high school (K-12) populations
  • Proficiency with teletherapy platforms is a plus
  • Familiarity with Wisconsin school protocols will set candidates apart

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language assessments, therapy, progress monitoring, and documentation for a caseload of approximately 40-50 students within one school setting
  • Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
  • Deliver direct and consultative services using both in-person and teletherapy modalities as appropriate
  • Maintain regular and effective communication with parents, teachers, and school teams
  • Support students’ academic and social participation through dynamic intervention strategies

Position Details:

  • Contract term: September 21st – May 21st (late-start for school year)
  • Consistent weekly hours: 35 hours, Monday through Friday
  • Schedule: 7:45am – 3:15pm
  • All services provided at a single campus to maintain continuity of care
