Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid state licensure/certification as an SLP
• School-based experience across grade levels (PreK-12 highly valued)
• Comfortable providing services onsite and, for some positions, traveling between multiple school locations
• Familiarity with Paddynet for documentation is preferred
• Proficiency with Google Calendar and school communication systems
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for interacting with parents, teachers, and administrators
• Demonstrated ability to conduct and document evaluations, eligibilities, IEPs, and data reviews

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech/language therapy and support to assigned caseloads of 45-55 students per location
• Manage and prioritize compensatory services, ensuring all student needs are addressed
• Serve elementary (PreK-6 or PreK-5) and middle school (6-8) populations as assigned
• Create, update, and maintain all documentation, evaluations, eligibilities, and IEPs within required systems
• Collaborate effectively with educational staff and families to support student progress
• Attend and assist with scheduling IEP meetings and parent conferences
