Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid state licensure/certification as an SLP
- School-based experience across grade levels (PreK-12 highly valued)
- Comfortable providing services onsite and, for some positions, traveling between multiple school locations
- Familiarity with Paddynet for documentation is preferred
- Proficiency with Google Calendar and school communication systems
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for interacting with parents, teachers, and administrators
- Demonstrated ability to conduct and document evaluations, eligibilities, IEPs, and data reviews
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech/language therapy and support to assigned caseloads of 45-55 students per location
- Manage and prioritize compensatory services, ensuring all student needs are addressed
- Serve elementary (PreK-6 or PreK-5) and middle school (6-8) populations as assigned
- Create, update, and maintain all documentation, evaluations, eligibilities, and IEPs within required systems
- Collaborate effectively with educational staff and families to support student progress
- Attend and assist with scheduling IEP meetings and parent conferences
