Available roles include supporting compensatory services across multiple campuses (with travel required) or positions based at a single elementary or middle school. All roles involve manageable caseloads, a supportive school environment, and close collaboration with dedicated educators and families.
Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Valid Speech Language Pathology license or eligibility
- Experience supporting students in Pre K–12 settings
- Comfortable with both independent and collaborative work
- Strong ability to document services using platforms like Paddynet
- Excellent communicator — adept at engaging with parents, teachers, staff, and administrators through various channels (email, phone, progress reports, school systems)
- Proficient at managing schedules using Google Calendar, including IEP meetings and parent conferences
- Skilled in evaluating and documenting eligibilities, IEPs, and progress data
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve students in need of speech and language interventions—either at one school location or while traveling between sites (depending on role)
- Deliver direct services, complete thorough evaluations, and maintain compliance with IEP requirements
- Responsible for documentation of all interactions and outcomes in Paddynet
- Coordinate with educational teams to maximize student growth and engagement
- Foster positive, ongoing communication with families and school personnel
