Three Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) are needed to provide expertise during the Extended School Year (ESY) program, running from July 6th through August 14th, 2026. This role is conveniently scheduled Monday through Thursday, 8:30am–12:00pm, totaling 14 hours each week. Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP in Massachusetts.
- Previous experience working in school settings preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to a variety of student caseloads.
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) focusing on communicative needs.
- Track student progress and manage documentation efficiently.
- Collaborate with special education staff, classroom teachers, and families to optimize student outcomes.
- Participate actively in team meetings and curriculum planning.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that supports each student's growth.
