Desired Skills and Background:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants encouraged
  • Prior experience in pediatrics, educational settings, or healthcare environments serving children
  • Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, teachers, and families
  • Familiarity with IEP documentation and compliance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct, individualized speech and language therapy to K-12 students
  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments and evaluations
  • Develop and execute IEPs in partnership with educators and other support staff
  • Engage in progress monitoring, documentation, and regular communication with stakeholders
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to address student needs holistically
