Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible WA state SLP licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) welcomed or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged
• Experience working with pediatric populations and within school settings
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and digital documentation
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and fluency assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver evidence-based therapy in-person and via teletherapy
• Keep detailed and confidential records of student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to optimize outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings, offer guidance on speech and language interventions
• Advocate for student needs and provide staff training or resources as needed
