School Speech Language Pathologist - Lynnwood, Washington

What You Bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA certification (CCCs) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow
• Washington State SLP licensure or eligibility
• ESA certification or willingness to apply
• Strong skills in communication and teamwork
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive speech-language evaluations and deliver tailored therapy to students
• Design and implement individualized intervention plans based on student needs
• Work closely with educators, families, and support staff to foster student progress
• Keep thorough and timely records of therapy sessions and progress reports
• Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings as a vital team member
• Ensure all services follow school and state regulatory guidelines
