Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain before the start date
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience or strong interest in school-based settings with elementary-aged children
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff members to support student success in the classroom
- Engage in direct therapy, consultation, documentation, and progress monitoring for a caseload of 50-60 (with the possibility of a higher number)
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights into student progress and needs
