Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Prior experience working with students in grades K-12 preferred; ability to adapt to varied age groups (K–5, 6–8, and 9–12)
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Familiarity with IEPs and progress tracking
• Strong collaborative skills for working with teachers, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to diverse age groups and communication challenges
• Deliver therapy sessions in both individual and group settings across grade levels K–12
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed based on data and feedback
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and school staff to support each student’s academic and social development
• Contribute to IEP meetings and help ensure appropriate goals and accommodations are in place
• Provide resources and education to families and staff as needed
