Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligible
  • Previous experience in a school setting is strongly preferred
  • Comfortable providing services for students in grades K–12
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to design, implement, and monitor therapy plans tailored to individual student needs

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students in grades K–12
  • Develop and update individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide direct therapy and intervention tailored to varying student abilities
  • Consult with teachers and parents to support carry-over of therapy objectives in the classroom and home environments
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and reports according to school and state guidelines
  • Participate in eligibility meetings, parent conferences, and staff professional development activities as needed
