Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist credential required
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is a must
• Demonstrated success with several years of school-based SLP experience
• Comfortable managing a caseload spanning pre-kindergarten through 8th grade
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to connect with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students based on IEP goals
• Complete comprehensive assessments, write detailed reports, and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to compliance with state and district policies
