Desired Skills & Experience:

• Valid SLP licensure with ASHA CCC and eligibility to work in California schools
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in California school settings
• At least 1 year of experience with SEIS documentation platform
• Experience supervising SLPAs or working with support facilitators (preferred)
• Comfortable managing high caseloads and intake referrals
• Will consider Clinical Fellows (CFs); SLPAs are not eligible

Role Highlights:

• Full-time, full school year assignment
• 37.5 hours per week on-site at an elementary campus
• Manage a caseload of approximately 60-65 students, including 25-30 speech-only
• Likely to receive support from an SLPA
• Participate actively in assessments, IEP meetings, therapy planning, and parent-teacher communications
