Required Qualifications:
- Current SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but clinical skills and a passion for student progress considered

- Commitment to providing evidence-based therapy and individualized supports
- Ability to organize and manage a full-time schedule across varied caseloads

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services across designated age groups
- Collaborate with educational staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support each student's educational and developmental goals
- Monitor progress, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Adapt interventions to meet the unique needs of students in both individual and group settings
- Stay current on best practices and professional standards in school-based therapy
