Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license and Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience with pediatric and/or school-age populations
- Experience with teletherapy and in-person service delivery preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to fostering student growth and development
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide direct therapy services for elementary-aged students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture
