What we're looking for:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current SLP license or eligibility for licensure in Mississippi
• CFs and experienced SLPs welcome to apply
• Strong interpersonal skills and an enthusiasm for working with children
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Familiarity with technology used in virtual or onsite therapy (a plus)
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and best practices
Key responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop and deliver individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams
• Provide direct therapy services to a diverse student population
• Document progress, maintain records, and communicate with families and staff
• Engage in case conferences, staff meetings, and IEP reviews
• Offer guidance and education to teachers and parents regarding communication disorders
