Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY accepted – new graduates encouraged to apply!
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to build rapport with students, families, and school teams.
- Experience with adolescent or school-aged populations is a plus.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in middle and high school students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Conduct screenings and progress monitoring to support student success.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school policies.
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to enhance student outcomes.
- Provide both direct and indirect services in individual and group settings according to student needs.
