School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Madison, Tennessee

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY accepted – new graduates encouraged to apply!
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to build rapport with students, families, and school teams.
• Experience with adolescent or school-aged populations is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in middle and high school students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Conduct screenings and progress monitoring to support student success.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school policies.
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to enhance student outcomes.
• Provide both direct and indirect services in individual and group settings according to student needs.
