Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current Wisconsin SLP license (or willingness/eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
  • Previous experience working in a school environment strongly desired
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly in new settings

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate records and progress documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide staff training as needed
  • Support students across a variety of educational and therapeutic settings
