Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates considered
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative educational setting

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose students with various speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
  • Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions to support student goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and reports in compliance with district and legal requirements
  • Provide guidance and education to teachers and family members to support students’ progress
