Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

- Previous work in a K-12 school setting is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students, both individually and in groups
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress and services
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff team meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers to support student success
- Offer consultation and guidance to educators regarding classroom strategies
