What we’re looking for:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current licensure to practice as an SLP in California
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred
  • Experience working in school-based settings highly desirable
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, therapists, and families
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability for varying caseloads

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver therapy services to students with speech and language needs
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare progress reports
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and IEP teams to support student goals
  • Provide resources and strategies for staff and families to promote carry-over of skills
  • Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs and varying caseload sizes
