What you'll bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state
- CCC-SLP highly preferred
- Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged students is a plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capacity to thrive both independently and in a collaborative team setting
- Active license from the State Board of Speech Language Pathology required
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
- Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans addressing specific student goals
- Delivering evidence-based therapy sessions targeting speech and language needs
- Carefully monitoring and documenting each student's progress
- Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to promote coordinated, effective care
- Engaging and educating families, ensuring they are active partners in the therapy journey
