What you'll bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state
• CCC-SLP highly preferred
• Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged students is a plus
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Capacity to thrive both independently and in a collaborative team setting
• Active license from the State Board of Speech Language Pathology required

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans addressing specific student goals
• Delivering evidence-based therapy sessions targeting speech and language needs
• Carefully monitoring and documenting each student's progress
• Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to promote coordinated, effective care
• Engaging and educating families, ensuring they are active partners in the therapy journey
