Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Magnolia, DE

This full-time, contract opportunity offers the chance to deliver speech therapy, perform evaluations, and provide crucial IEP support within a welcoming educational team for the 2026–2027 school year.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Delaware licensure/certification as a speech-language pathologist (required for consideration)
• Recent and relevant school-based SLP experience
• Background in completing evaluations and developing IEPs
• Strong skills in documentation, progress monitoring, and therapy note writing
• Working knowledge of school-based systems such as PowerSchool IEP and Data Service Center is a plus
• Reliable transportation for daily, on-site attendance

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech therapy services to students according to their IEPs
• Conduct thorough evaluations in collaboration with school teams
• Create and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Accurately document sessions and monitor progress
• Participate actively in meetings and multidisciplinary discussions
• Maintain open communication with colleagues and families to best support student progress

You’ll typically work Monday through Friday for 37.5 hours each week, supporting a caseload and grade levels to be determined. This is an ideal position for SLPs who thrive in collaborative, educational environments and who value contributing directly to student growth.
