As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll utilize your SLP-CCC credentials and expertise to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students. What We’re Looking For:

  • Active Delaware SLP licensure/certification (please provide confirmation with your submission)
  • SLP-CCC designation; SLPAs are not being considered at this time
  • Previous school-based experience preferred
  • Proven ability to conduct therapy services, evaluations, and documentation
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and relevant school software (Data Service Center, PowerSchool IEP)
  • Commitment to working onsite, Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech therapy services to students across varying grade levels (assignments to be determined)
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and complete evaluations
  • Develop, document, and implement IEPs in collaboration with educational teams
  • Attend meetings and participate actively in the support team
  • Maintain clear, timely therapy notes and collect ongoing progress monitoring data
