Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess students to identify speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with each student’s goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic student development
- Maintain accurate and timely progress notes and reports according to district standards
- Engage families in the therapy process by providing insights and strategies for reinforcement at home
- Supervise and mentor support staff or assistants as needed
- Stay informed on best practices and continuing education in speech-language pathology
