Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students with diverse speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans designed to meet unique student needs.
- Provide evidence-based therapy sessions that focus on targeted speech and language goals.
- Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of all evaluations, treatments, and progress.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, contributing your knowledge to a coordinated care approach.
- Act as a trusted resource by engaging and educating families throughout the therapy process.
Requirements & Preferred Qualities:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Active or pending state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Prior experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is highly valued.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable working autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.
