Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students with diverse speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans designed to meet unique student needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions that focus on targeted speech and language goals.
• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of all evaluations, treatments, and progress.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, contributing your knowledge to a coordinated care approach.
• Act as a trusted resource by engaging and educating families throughout the therapy process.

Requirements & Preferred Qualities:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Active or pending state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Prior experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is highly valued.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable working autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.
