What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each learner
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions focusing on targeted speech and language goals
- Track and accurately document student progress
- Partner with a multidisciplinary team for holistic student care
- Involve and support families throughout the therapy journey
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active, or eligibility for, California licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous school, pediatric, or related experience preferred
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and as a valued team player
