Step into a rewarding role supporting students across K-12 as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist for the coming school year. This full-time opportunity is located near Manassas, VA, and offers the chance to impact lives while collaborating closely with school teams, students, and families.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences/Disorders
  • Valid state licensure (or the ability to obtain prior to start)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants welcome
  • Background in pediatric therapy and/or school-based settings
  • Familiarity with healthcare practices within speech-language pathology
  • Comfortable providing both in-person and teletherapy services as needed
  • Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students across K-12
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate records and report progress toward student goals
  • Engage in collaboration with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student learning and development
  • Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP meetings, and student support activities
  • Provide both onsite and virtual therapy (as necessary)
