School Speech and Language Pathologist | Manassas, Virginia

This contract opportunity is open to Speech-Language Pathologists who thrive collaborating in school environments and are passionate about helping children achieve their full potential. The assignment runs from August 17, 2026, to June 12, 2027, and is based onsite in the Dale City, Dumfries, and Woodbridge areas.

As an SLP, you’ll contribute your skills to a supportive school setting, working alongside educational teams to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech and language disorders. Each day brings an opportunity to make a tangible difference in students’ educational journeys.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Virginia SLP license required
• CCC-SLP designation preferred; CFYs are encouraged to apply
• Experience or strong interest in school-based speech-language therapy
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and participate in multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to providing onsite services

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Provide direct speech and language therapy to a diverse K-12 population
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in accordance with district policy
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members
• Offer guidance and support for students’ unique communication needs
