Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP license (CCC required)
  • Previous experience working with pediatric populations, ideally in school settings
  • Teletherapy background is a plus
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to the diverse needs of elementary-age students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to elementary students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement personalized intervention plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student progress
  • Document and maintain accurate records of assessments and student performance
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies
  • Offer in-person and/or teletherapy services as required by student needs and school preferences
