Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Active state licensure as required for practice in Virginia
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Passion for supporting students’ academic and personal development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy in both individual and group formats
  • Collaborate with educators and families to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school and clinical requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to student support teams
