Located near Manassas, VA, this rewarding opportunity places you in a collaborative school environment where you will work directly with students, educators, and families to help students reach their full communicative potential.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current SLP licensure in Virginia or eligibility to obtain
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows considered
  • Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) with measurable goals
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy for students with a variety of needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support academic and functional communication
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and district guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as required
