Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working with school-aged children and familiarity with IEP processes
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in assessment, intervention, and therapy documentation
  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in conjunction with educational teams
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech/language therapy to students in various settings
  • Participate in IEP meetings and support documentation and goal-setting
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
  • Maintain meticulous records and progress reports in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
  • Provide education and resources to staff and parents to further students’ communication skills
