Speech Language Pathologist in Manassas, VA

This contract opportunity calls for a dedicated professional to work onsite in schools in the Dale City, Dumfries, and Woodbridge areas. You’ll collaborate with other passionate educators and specialists, ensuring students reach their communication potential throughout the 2026-2027 academic year.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Virginia SLP License required
• CCC-SLP credential preferred, or Clinical Fellow (CF) eligible
• Prior school-based or pediatric experience is strongly valued
• Skilled in planning and delivering therapy for K-12 populations
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organization skills
• Comfortable working exclusively onsite (remote options unavailable)

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students to address articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs
• Conduct thorough evaluations, interpret assessment results, and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, families, and related service providers to ensure coordinated support
• Maintain accurate documentation of each student’s progress and therapy sessions
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities as scheduled
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging therapeutic environment
