Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current or eligible state licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; CFY considered
• Prior experience in a school environment strongly valued
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability to a dynamic educational setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students K–12
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to integrate therapy goals into the classroom environment
• Provide both direct and consultative SLP services to assigned students
• Maintain accurate documentation for IEPs, progress reports, and ongoing therapy notes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
• Stay abreast of best practices in school-based speech-language pathology
