Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in Northern Virginia for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative school team and make a meaningful impact on student communication development.

Position Details

• 2026-2027 School Year
• Full-Time Position (Part-Time may be considered)
• On-Site
• K-12 Caseload (based on district needs)
• Virtual interviews via Zoom

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education teams
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with state and district requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and student progress monitoring

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Virginia SLP License (or eligibility)
• School-based experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
