Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• In-depth understanding of speech, language, and communication development in children
• Ability to connect with and motivate students from diverse backgrounds
• Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
• Provide direct therapy and intervention services to children
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with educational and legal standards
