What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Active and valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure in New Hampshire
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Demonstrated experience working in a school setting with students ages 11–18
  • Familiarity with educational IEP processes and collaboration on multidisciplinary teams
  • Completion of required district fingerprinting prior to start
  • Comfort and professionalism for a virtual interview process via Zoom
  • Strong communication skills, creativity in therapy planning, and a proactive approach

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to students within middle and high school settings
  • Conduct assessments, write and implement IEPs, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Provide direct and consultative support for students’ expressive, receptive, and pragmatic language needs
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to a supportive academic atmosphere
  • Foster student confidence and advocacy skills through individualized and group interventions
