Embark on a rewarding contract assignment as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Manchester, NH area. This flexible opportunity offers the choice of part-time or full-time hours and the chance to work with a diverse pediatric caseload. Your week will be split between two vibrant educational settings—spending three days with students at Epsom Central and two days supporting preschool children at Deerfield. This role allows you to make a meaningful impact in school-based therapy while experiencing variety and collaboration across age groups.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license in New Hampshire (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
  • Previous experience in school-based speech therapy and with pediatric populations strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance with IDEA guidelines
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Comfort working across multiple school sites and adapting quickly to changing needs

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations for speech, language, and communication disorders for a range of student age groups
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that align with IEP goals
  • Provide direct and consultative therapy to students in elementary and preschool settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student progress
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation, adhering to all district and federal requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed
  • Flexibly manage a caseload that spans both schools and supports diverse learning needs
